We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient. primehex is not liable for delays caused by customs processing, but we will assist with any necessary documentation. Please check your local import regulations before ordering.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to your email address once your order ships. Address Changes

Address changes must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us with your order number. We cannot guarantee changes after this window, as orders enter fulfillment quickly.
